Liquid Fuels Tax Audit Reports

In Pennsylvania, municipalities receive a portion of the state tax imposed on the purchase of gasoline, diesel fuel and all other special fuels.  These funds are used for the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and repairs of road, highways and bridges in the municipality.

The Borough is subject to an annual audit conducted the Department of the Auditor General to ensure the funds received by the borough are expended in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
